Who can see our data?
Access is role-based and each organization works in its own workspace. Two-factor sign-in is available. The product is hosted on AWS. Retention and data handling are covered in the walkthrough.
What happens when the network drops?
The console is offline-ready. Field reports and procedure progress stay on the device and catch up when the connection returns, and documents attached to assigned work stay readable.
How does rollout start?
From the floor plans you already have. A PDF or DXF export of one floor is enough to begin, and we do the first import with you. The rest of the portfolio is scoped together.
Does the AI change anything on its own?
AI drafts and proposes. People apply the changes, and each one is permissioned and logged like any other edit.
Do subcontractors need accounts?
No. Vendors work from a link sent with the job, with no login to manage.
What does it run on?
Modern desktop, phone and tablet browsers. It can be added to a phone's home screen as an installable web app.
What does it cost?
